As much as i like the idea, i feel like horror alr hard counters dull knife (beartrap during knife phase transition) So giving him the ability to disable abilities would make dull knife users drop faster than a person falling down the stairs
I love how they actually made this actually like the real omori instead of half making it like the game, everything about dull knife is about the lore of omori or gameplay.
If you don’t know why it does this, here’s an explanation: In the game Omori, (which the dull knife is based on) sometimes when you encounter scary creatures you get SCARED. The only way to stop this is to calm down, just like what you have to do in the game.
What’s cool is that since Omori is immune to fear, and doesn’t get scared by horror, he definitely knows whatever the hell this things and is actuslly afraid enough to get the afraid emontion

No alot of sans can do that. It's weird. If they have karma they can just use a blaster on u and ur entire health is karma. Or if they just spam move on you the millisecond your phase cutscene ends you just die.
If you're fighting a dustbelief papyrus, and you're on the final blaster attack, if you die during that, you'll get stun locked and lose all your lives because you can't dodge after the cutscene ends

Well, Insanity and Swap aren't that scary compared to Bonewalker, but yes, as another guy said, they should make the "Afraid" emotion also apply to Horror!Sans (when he goes to his "hunt phase"), since his name ("Horror" Sans) is, well, telling it all.

Have you even played OMORI, he refuses to touch water, climb up ladders, or even get close to spider webs until you fight crazy bosses who represent your fears, OMORI and Sunny, while seemingly different, are only one person, this is lore accurate.

It will happen every 20 secs after successful calm down, also if you fail you still have to wait for cd and success rate is only 33%
