Have you thought of doing Puccini's La Boheme? There isn't a score video for most of Puccini's operas so far, so given that it's one of the most famous operas you'd probably get a ton of views. (same goes for Falstaff and basically any lesser known opera!)
Just heard Musette's Waltz for the first time and I am impressed, but don't really have time to do the complete opera, especially as I have been working the past several months on a Wagnerian opera (slowly but surely getting there, about 60% done)
