  • This is part of the collection of 60-speed drills that Team Hikari uses for building up muscle memory/coordination of some of the most important movements in the sport of BJJ.
    How to use:
    Scenario: You choose the Week 1 set of speed drills
    1. do each drill for 2 minutes at a slow pace to get your rhythm and movements for a total of 10 minutes of work
    2. once you become more accustomed to the movements, you may then do for 30 seconds - to 1 minute per drill at high speed/intensity, alternating with your training partner so you get an equal amount of break in between.
    3. Don't cheat the speed/intensity of the movements.
