This is what I thought DCS would be like unfortunately, I haven't found a mission or server that has this level of interaction. Awesome camera work and mission editor skills to create something this lively in DCS. Forever wishing I could experience being in a strike package like this with real players.
@@pd28cat I guess it really depends on the training program and requirements. I tried that twice when I first started playing DCS and I was told that I needed to be able to do AAR/formation flying before I could join. The second time required too much time during the week that I couldn't get enough time off to do it. Perhaps I will try again someday.
@@limitlessfactor Yeah honestly this is a big reason I haven't gotten into DCS, aside from the price of entry. It's the fact that 90% of these squadrons require you to play this game like it's a second full time job, which is just ridiculous.
I flew one with a friend last year. 6x Strike Eagles. Night. With weather, and bad sam presence. The guy had this awesome strike package, but a bug caused me and my pilot to crash out. We rejoined, and had to sortie 20 minutes late. To make our run in, we had no choice but to ignore the sane valley run around the sides of the map. The map creator said "I set this up using the real world locations of all the Syrian SAM from this time period. You'll never make it coming straight in from israeli airspace. My response was: "I'm an Eagle. Nobody gets to tell me where I can't fly." I was the only one of the strike package to actually make it to the strike point alive, ironically. Well, my WSO was still alive, but yeah. The other guys took too long and got intercepted deep in enemy SAM zones. I also was the only one to get back alive, ignoring the exfil route due to enemy CAP being around it by the sunrise, so I used the trees and mountain sides to block twenty four separate SAM sites. we crashed on the landing though. There was a cloud base of 100 ft over the airport and I didn't know instrument landing in the F15E yet.
@@Eleolius these are the types of experiences the mission editor should be allowing us to make. Sounds like an awesome mission. You should consider using the track file to make it a RUclips video or something.
All the flak going up into the night sky would have been IT for my PC. I saw yours bog down slightly but it recovered quickly. Shit, mine would have been like a Powerpoint presentation. One slide at a time. Great looking video. I like the idea of viewing thru the NVGs the whole time. Gives it a unique vibe. And a killer soundtrack.
I don't think anything beats an American president announcing calmly to a room of reporters that another country has decided to challenge America in a game of fuck around and have elected to find out.

Thanks! glad you enjoyed them, appreciate you always dropping by
@@Rodz88 Absolutely!!!
And your videos are also metal 100% approved that's what makes them the best 🤟🏻
I deeply respect the operation that this is based on. I love how you portrayed it in DCS. That’s what this game is made for! Love your videos Rod
I wish more content creators were putting out these missions and cinematics. Really where the game shines.
Best cinematics on youtube! The shot of the cruise missile falling at 1:58 is so sick.
I really wish some one would do something similar to this but use the F-15E Strike Eagle on a night time, NAP of Earth strike mission.
Well the F-15E is mostly busted right now, best bet might be the F-15EX mod once they can get the custom cockpit working again
@@reamesyy The F-15E is not busted. I fly it often multicrew. The last issue was the radar, ED fixed that a few updates ago.
Im gonna watch this more than once!

There is no such better song than Enter Sandman for a DCS Cinematic ! 🤘🏽🤘🏽

bro hearing trump isso goofy, sick video tho!
Hahaha, thanks! The scenario was inspired by the strike Trump ordered on Syrian chemical facilities
Hearing a real American with a spine talking about crushing evil doesn't sound goofy at all. The lack of respect is sad.
