The game is basically Telestrations (coincidentally and hilariously so, also known as Eat Poop You Cat), where a sketch pad is passed from player to player; the first player makes up a phrase, the next player reads the phrase and draws a picture of it (without seeing the phrase), then the next player guesses the phrase from the picture (again, without seeing any of the preceding steps but last); the players alternate between text and picture till the pad has gone through every player. Sometimes you start from an image instead of a phrase. Here, SuA had to draw "shaving cream", and drew a stubbly face next to a shaving cream marshmallow. Gahyeon interpreted the face as "ajeossi", a middle-aged man (translated here as "uncle"), and mistook the pile of shaving cream as pile of... some other kind, "ddong". Thus, "ajeossi ddong", and hilarity ensues. With Handong being Chinese, she sometimes mispronounces things (even though she's gotten very fluent in Korean by now). In particular, one common word she mispronounces is... her name, Dong. When she says it in her native Mandarin, it sounds like Korean "ddong". See above for the meaning :D So she has to be careful when saying her name to "fix" it into the Korean version.
