Ford Endeavour..... a highly able SUV in the hands of a amply talented driver.... match made in heaven..... just wish someday i could do my BEAST any justice....
Is this lifted or stock? and how many years old is this everest and how many kms you've put in this suv? and have you encountered problems so far? from suspension, engine, transmission, and to electronics. What would be your wishlist added to the Everest?
In this video the car was fully stock. I've now put about 45K on it, and done a number of mods. It's had a few issues all covered under warranty no questions, and never anything serious enough to put it off the road. The Adblue heat pump gave up, I've had the rear diff leak a couple of times, the timing case cover sprung a leak. Suspension was upgraded early on, so can't comment on the stock suspension. Besides the small issues above, transmission, engine and electronics have been solid - it's a well proven formula that's been on the Rangers for years (I have the 3.2L - can't comment on the 2L). Wishlist: steel UVP over the fuel tank, improved TC (it's not terrible, but I feel the Toyota's TC is better in off road conditions), higher clearance on the rear or more cost effective options for upgrading the rear bar, more room under the bonnet for a second battery. But everything comes at a cost. It's a solid vehicle for my use case (mostly tourer, some 4wd, and comfortable round town - mine has to perform multiple duties for a 5 person family).
See my last reply - it does get hit but it seems pretty flexible and tough. Steel guards are available if you’re worried, but I haven’t bothered and it’s held up fine so far

Great driving. Did you scratch your mags somehow ? Saw the wheel just kissing the boulders.
-}{- thanks. Yes they did cop a few - gives them character. I’ve since replaced them with a sturdier set

Ford Everest Great SUV
Yep she is!
Everest 2020
I am wondering which setting did you have the 4wd dial selection set to?
This would have been Rock mode in low range and rear diff lock on
Yes that's correct for the major obstacles
Any damage to the ford?
No damage, besides a few scratches on the rims and sidesteps
Don't add music
Okey dokey. This was my first ever effort, and now use less music. Can always trust the RUclips audience to give constructive feedback! Cheers
no issues with the low hanging adblue tank?
