Hello sir, can you mention the coordinate system should be PROJECTED COORDINATE SYSTEM OR WGS? if it has to be PCS, then for north India what should be the PCS

It depends on your need. Just make sure that everything is in same system that's al. Its better to import a system than try to define it

Hello sir, when I add area and perimeter field and after that when I right click on area and go to calculate geometry in property it shows " area disable" , and Canot change the unit....

count the number of pixels in each class the multiply by the square of the resolution of the image. you will get the area

Use the raster calculator to do the calculations,
The layer*30*30/1000
30 - resolution (eg), 1000 - convert into km.
