Same structure and beat as last year, but this is an AMAZING UPGRADE! Everything is so much better. So much more modern. Uku escaped from the 80s-90s and came to the 21st century. Hands down the best song Uku has ever sent to Eesti Laul and I'd go as far to saying this is his best song ever. #uku2021

In terms of comparison to What Love Is, there is ABSOLUTELY no contest. This is in such a different league to it, it makes What Love Is look like a prototype, whereas this is the real thing. If they have the same staging team as Beautiful Lie like they did in this video, this could be an absolute showstopper, not only win Eesti Laul, but finish top 10 at Eurovision. Looks like Uku really has taken on board the criticism for What Love Is and produced this unique masterpiece.
The reason why Jaagup lost Eesti Laul 2020 was because of bad vocals and not bringing over the emotion in my opinion. If Jaagup could do that, he would've won it. Now this year, we have Uku with a similar type song. Uku has good vocals and can bring over the emotion, like he did last year. So I think that Uku will easily win. I definitely agree with your opinions.
Btw, if it turns out that Uku doesn't win, then I want Koit to be the winner.
