I gave the full version a listen, I thought it sound refreshing and different from the typical Perfume songs. It has that bubbly 70's British feel to it. SAMT, to me though, was flat and pretty much a very weak track. I think Nakata is trying to do something to reach out to Western appeal. I'd say stick to the formula that made Perfume great.
