Super underrated
This is exactly how tutorials should be
Most concise L298 tutorial ever. Great job.
that was the most densly valuable tutorial on any arduino component i have ever watched. Thank you!
perfect tutorial.. not a second too long or too short.. subbed
Presentation of a remarkable efficiency! THANKS.
This video is short not too long and informative among the most
How do you only have 850 subs, this is one of the best l298 explanation. Thankyou
damn that was quick and i got all the info i needed
Yes it is a rely quick beneficial video. Thank you.
got right into super useful information. Thank you
Oh man, you saved my bacon with one comment - make sure the L298N and Arduino share a common ground when separately powered! Thank-you!!
thanks buddy u saved my project hope joy in youtr life
Thank you. Extrenely quick
extremely helpful, thank you.
new subscriber thank you for sharing . always watching your videos very interesting and helpful
wow! your tutorial is very cool, fast but detailed. thanks keep it up!
Thank you!
@@RyanChan simp
great i am using one for first time and this is my tutorial
:)
Well that was a great short and clean tutorial. i can not wait to get my motors tomorrow and start messing around with it. my bot is currently running with 2 cheapo stepper motors. but they turn soooo slow that it is no fun at all...
woah that was really quick and nice!
You So Fooking Clean Man , God bless your Smooth
Great bideo
When you power the l298n Driver with Arduino's 5V, you need to put it in a different socket, not the one you showed. There is a specific 5V pin on the l298n.
Thank you.
so freakin good!!!!
Awesome
pls do the tutorial using 2 12v linear actuator and l298n. badly need it. thanks in advance
how to use 2 pcs l298n directly? so i can control 4 dc motors at same time, thanks
Could you do tutotrial video of humidity sensor.
I am using 200rpm dc motor rated 12V and 9V supply to power to motor driver. Also I have removed 5V jumper and I am using arduino but motor is not running. Can you tell whats the reason behind it?
Bro just single handed save my engineering project 😭
can i use this method to run NEMA 17 motors?
What are those connectors called that you plug into the screw terminals at 0:11?
I have one 12V motor and I want to control it by L298N via bluetooth as the steering of car
what simulator do you use?
okay... how do you use it for stepper motors?
it was listed as a stepper motor driver
Good
On which platform do you make a circuit diagram?
can i power 2 L298N motor drivers with one battery/powerplug(12volt) or should i use 2 separate?
Can the L298N run servo motors
If you don't choose to use the speed controls, not connecting the pins does it just run the motor on the max power?
Yep, just make sure to keep the jumper on the pins
Library used? Thanks for the tutorial.👍🙏
Isn't method 3 a bad idea? I thought the whole point of the motor controllers was to not have all the current come from the arduino.
hey I just cant control the speed. why is that? the code doesnt have any errors, its about the circut?
Does anyone know why trying to analogWrite to the ENA pin isn't working
did you use a pwn pin for the ena? the ones with the squiggly line?
What happens if the input voltage is greater than 12V?
it goes boom
I don't know unstable method 1,2,3
Can we have the code ??
I've added the link to the code and schematics in the description. Thank you for bringing that up
DO NOT power through the arduino... just wasted 30 dollars :)
Why what did you do ? Are you sure you connected the driver pins to the correct ports on the arduino?
@@6gayth6 the tutorial is just straight wrong, it cannot supply enough power to the L298N and the voltage regulator will explode.
What about the method 2 is it good because I don’t want to use the vin pin it dangerous so is method 2 good
@@ibrahimadesanya3564method 2 is the most safe and should be used, I ended up using it and it worked fine.
@@ibrahimadesanya3564yes, you can use different supplies for the h-bridge and the Arduino board, just make sure you tie both grounds together as shown in the video.
Lifesaver: Change the playback speed to 0.75x
Thanks
SLOW DOWN DUDE
does anyone know how many amps are coming from the 5v supply when powering the Arduino cant seem to find that on google is it only .36 mah? never mind answered my own questions it doesn't really have a value for it because depends on how many volts are coming into motor driver board but it isn't recommend to try and draw to much from it better to use a 12v to 5v 10amp step down Converter for what i need
Is it if power with Arduino 5V output, it cannot change the speed of fan am I right? Unless use 9V above?
can i power 2 L298N motor drivers with one battery/powerplug(12volt) or should i use 2 separate?
