I've been in martial arts a LONG Time... I couldn't agree more with some of the comments..."your students are lucky to have you". I noticed something that I haven't seen a lot of comments on. Namely, you are a truly excellent teacher that shows respect and concern for your students (I notice how you are always concerned with their safety and well being). That is a quality I have noticed only in the best of martial arts/self defense instructors in my many years. Keep up the great work! Love watching and learning from your videos (never too old to learn!)
Just discovered you channel. Love your style of instructing so i subdcribed!! Have a question to ask, i am 73 years old have arthritis in my left ankle plus a hernia by my waist area.Could i take self-defense classes with these type of restrictions?? If not then if i had the hernia repaired, could i if i got that injury repaired. But the arthritis never goes away and only gets worst. This has eliminated my running away from an attacker this is why i ask. Gary
You can do more then you can. I would focus on using the element of Surprise with dirty tactics. The mindset to deal with violence should be present. You would be amazed what you can do with a small toolbox with some hard skills driven by the right mindset! Here to help!
