Mary, I've been sitting here drooling over all of your framed finishes. They're just lovely, each and every one of them. Another great video! Thanks for sharing.
Your framed pieces are stunning! You have a great eye for choosing frames that compliment your stitching! How exciting to hang them up and see every day! I love watching your video’s and seeing your projects. You’re so inspiring and thank you for taking time to share with all of us! I know a lot goes into making a video! Take care😊
What a great video! I am a fan of L&L so when you showed Lady of the Threads, I was in awe. The colors just glow on the dark fabric. I wish I had it hanging on my wall but I cannot stitch on black, these old eyes just can't do it. The Cozy Cove was triple-awesome, I paused the video so I could look at every inch of it. I can see why you would like that, all the details and colors. Pat yourself on the back for this one. The other three were just as awesome and I'm so glad to have seem them. I'm so glad to have found your channel a couple of videos before this one, and you can be sure I'll be here everytime you post!! Thanks for your time in sharing with us your talent and goodies. See you next time.......
Thank you so much Jane. I appreciate your kind words so much. Stitching on black is hard for my old eyes but once in a while it’s worth struggling through. I love lavender and lace too. I have a few of the Celtic ladies waiting to be framed and some charts waiting to be stitched . Thanks so much for watching and commenting. Take care and happy stitching. ❤️
Mary - your needle must have been on fire, so many beautiful finishes and wips. Your framed pieces are beautiful, I particularly love the Wasaki piece. Every time I looked up from my stitching to see a new start or wip I said wow - I tend to enjoy stitching full coverage but am very tempted by a couple of your pieces in particular the sheep piece. Take care and enjoy your August stitching xxx
Thanks Cathy! I have a few walls available to hang some of these on and then when my craft room and master bedroom are finished being remodeled I plan to hang a lot there. 😁 Hope all is well back home. Happy stitching! ❤️
You did so well in choosing the frames. Nice work on all the ffo's. 😊 Most of the time I grid my fabric. It may take more time in prep work, but it saves time in the long run because I catch mistakes sooner.
I use a Sulky metallic thread.30 weight. Don't use regular floss or thread because it's really hard to remove after you're done. Gridding sure has helped me. I can email you instructions if you would like.

Thanks Heather. What do you use to grid your fabric? I’ve never tried to do that. I hope you are doing well. Thanks for watching. Happy stitching! ❤️
