in my opinion, wide guard and sacred sword is good but I like to use dragon claw and iron head because if also you are running on low hp, you can easily melt oponents by attacking with dragon claw and using iron head to regenerate health

Mamoswine ka counter stun pokemon kyuki agar usko freely ghumne diya moves use karne diya toh vo freeze kar karke aapki team khatam kar dega, try trevenant blastoise jo dhakka de sakte hai ya fir range pokemon jinke paas ek dum mobility ho range ho like glaceon icy wind does tons of damage after level 10 with freeze dry combo. Slowbro can stop it with telekenesis. Dont get too close to mamoswine. Hamesha ready rehna jo jab aapki taraf dekhe na samjh jao combo karne wala hai
