Trials and tribulations are not problem first we need to Allah sunhanatalah afiyat if still trials r written in qadr we need to undestand its not problem its blessing Allah subhanatallah tests by givong both good and bad as written in its qadr if we start feeling sad n questing Allah sunhanatallah we will fail in test and we will loose the bounties and rewards what Allah sunhanataalh has presved for the person who is undergoing trials
If you are able to do Sabr then it's a test. However if you can't do Sabr then it was a punishment. As the whole point of a punishment is to be stronger than what man can bear.
Blessings and pains both are test & trials...one is test of Patience other is test of Gratitude (shukar)
