I'd say Yelan is your best choice out of the 4.8 5*s since she's great for exploration, damage, & uses Liyue materials. She does require boss materials from The Chasm: Depths, but that's not too far off from where you are now so it wouldn't take nearly as long to get her built as a Fontaine, Inazuma, or Sumeru 5* would.
I’d say the same as well! Besides, Yelan is absolutely broken. The chasm mats might be a pain, but if you finish the shenhe archon quest, i believe they give you two drops from the serpent for free.

Speeding through LIyue at lighning speed. But as someone else said as well, Yelan's pretty busted and you are kinda somewhat sorta close to Chasm

honestly, I just use the interactive map to see where everything is and I kinda do everything in sections
