I’m excited to try this! How often do you wash your hair? I sometimes have to do twice a week with mine. What do you suggest? Also, What type of shampoo do you use? When you do this treatment do you use conditioner too or no? I’d appreciate the advice. I’m biracial, but my hair is more on the Africa side so washing it everyday is not really healthy or ideal.
