Looks very high dense

Yeah it’s looks like dense as the facade is in a row with horizontal design but the residents will be served by 13 lifts per floor and it’s separated into low and high floor zone accordingly.
Also the horizontal design will have better ventilation without neighbour tower blocking, unit having better view and natural sunlight too 💪🏻
