This mission appears to have a style boost because you're supposed to fight these bosses without all your pets as V. Hence why he gained more style. Plus, Vergil has got plenty of moves that give you tons of style points, that's why he was able to get so much style :).
@@Mag1ckan that's for the final score after the no damage 2x multiplier and 1.2x no continue multiplier, this one is the base style points from inside of the mission.
Seeing Vergil do this mission makes me think it would be interesting if you handicapped yourself by playing like V has to, i.e. you 'lose' your three weapons and have to pick them back up one at a time for each fight, only getting back your full moveset on the third fight. If you wanted to be strict about it you could even restrict yourself by not picking Mirage Edge until after you regain Yamato, because Mirage Edge has moves that use Yamato and allows you to Judgement Cut off them.
The +a secret mission is easy to complete with Vergil. What Koudai did was: 1. Jump high (hold the jump button) 2. Starfall with Beowulf 3. Trick Up in the middle of Starfall (style button) 4. Starfall again
@@Melavolent_Memr You're correct. Plus, Nero is actually easier because after he has DT, he can jump three times, and he falls down slowly after the third jump if you hold the jump button. Not to mention, using Devil Breakers like Gerbera and Punch Line trivializes the whole mission.
I was thinking about this mission and ya know they could’ve made the mission in the way that you wouldve had to retrieve your weapons from bosses just like V was retrieving his nightmares. Let’s say you start with yamato, then you can use Beowulf etc. it would’ve justified bosses’ little hps and easiness of the mission overall

@@amsyarzero With this logic, I can do the same thing with Nero, by using hard way, doing a second jump to cancel hard way, then do it again. Right?
