I've just returned from Mulu early this month. Unique & awesome cave formation that just looks like entering into another world.....Mulu Pinnacles is a must try, quite a challenging and adventurous hike but it's worth it. As Malaysians, this world heritage site is something to be proud of 👍
You can visit Miri since you in July and try Miri Crocodile farm, Borneo tropical rain forest, Niah cave, hornbill nature reserve lambir waterfalls and even diving

I just booked it directly with the Mulu Park... They reply all your concerns promptly via email... It save a lot of money compared booking via tourist agent... Just go to their website and email them

Yes fly from Miri. Most agency will sell you the package of the tour + accommodation with Marriot.
