She is conscious and swallows after the opa is removed. As far as the Npa goes.... upon further investigation it is NOT even in her nose. there is a facial pocket taped to the side of her face that you cant see. The OPA is smaller than what is actually needed to gag the patient. but yes she is a super star for allowing him to do this on her
