Thanks for your comment. I am not looking to blow up, I am only focusing on MA real estate which is too niche for YT. I might change my mind and talk about global real estate topics and put fear inducing headlines to get more views and subs. Not interested in that and so my channel is going to remain small, which is fine with me at this point.
