It's because of the heavy industrial hip hop influence on the beat. Mix that with her rap flow she had going and suddenly people think it's black skinhead just because of those two elements even though neither one sounds remotely similar.

P.s. This song comes from that time when they first let Deadshot shoot again. Watched the movie before I actually recognised the song, then listened to the song loads, then watched it again and realised that they took the bit with the bullets shooting in the song, and matched it to the ACTUAL bullets in the movie and then used the last chorus in the background after.
