About NuggetNoggin:
Hey! I'm Michael, I love to get outdoors and discover awesome things with my metal detector. I started treasure hunting when I was 12 years old and shortly after received my first metal detector. Since then, I've been hooked and just love going out to search for the unknown. You may see me in the woods crawling under an old house or diving down in the river to search for rings. Wherever the adventure brings us, I'll try my best to keep you entertained.

nuggetnoggin id love to have those 2 coke bottles. What cities on the bottom ?
Hey brother, if you are interested in having any of those bottles polished I would do it for you free of charge. I have all the equipment and plenty of experience. Blessings.
@@IndelibleHD How do you polish them? With like a machine on the inside using beads ?
@@nuggetnoggin Yes. I have specific equipment for polishing bottles. Motor powered machine with a canister that holds the bottle and the copper/polishing compounds. Been bottle hunting for about 10 years now. One of my favorite hobbies.
Another awesome video I would love to go out detecting and creek hunting with you if you come to new York
This is the Nugget Noggin I remember...
Pls do more Creek Walking
This has always been me. I search for everything!
Nike Frike's point is well made. We (well MOST of us) simply LOVE your exuberance and your natural reaction to your finds. While some of your recent videos with others in them have been interesting and entertaining, nothing beats Nugget Noggin on the hunt. Keep up the GREAT work Michael! You are a rare treasure indeed!!
The “YY” on the Caldwell’s bottle is actually a “W”, W B Caldwell’s was a very popular brand of laxative back in those days. Great finds!!
I found a couple while privy digging I thought they were interesting
What a wonderful spot the waters so clear i guess that's why Native Americans lived here.I love that i can travel the world via youtube without leaving England thankyou.
Dude... your voice, quotes, and overall persona has controlled my high bp.... pls continue.... all this love from Sri Lanka.
I agree Shawn. He is my nightly medication for dealing with the world.
I like how you are excited to find a variety of stuff. You don't just focus on one thing.
Hey nugget if you are reading this I have been enjoying your videos for at least 5 years this month.
I have a coke bottle from November 16, 1915 that my Grandma found in some dirt in Rosiclaire, IL. She gave me that bottle and a few other cool looking ones that she found. These videos are amazing!
What an awesome creek! You can picture Native Americans do their daily life.. Peaceful!
Nugget: Sees native american pottery
Me: Sees a rock xD
On that last shard of pottery, that was some awesome Mudlarking Skills! Aren't we blessed, that we don't have to have a license to scrounge around looking for history
What I like about finding pottery is seeing the fingerprints on some
Thats one of my favorite parts to. Found a huge piece once that had a deep thumb print in it, still had remnants of finger print in it as well.
I found a piece of anasazi pottery that had fingernail marks on the inside, still my favorite piece to this day
Reminds me of myself when I was younger and in good health, loved finding stuff and best part is the search.
OMG so many pieces of native pottery
excellent adventure - would love to see more, especially panning for gold
It's a "Eyeballing Adventure" today. 👍😁👍😁👏😁👏
More creek walks and bottle hunts ! Amazing!
Thank you nugget for inspiring us and all the great uplifting videos.A great way to spoil the virus blues, watching your videos.❤😀👍🐠
I love the creek walks the best! Great finds!
I loved this video, and it came at the perfect time. Please lift me up in prayer Michael, I'm diagnosed with diabetes now, tomorrow I find out if I also have colon cancer, and shortly I'm being evaluated for Parkinsons disease.
Mike, I wish you the best of luck with your health issues. I had surgery for colon cancer 13 years ago, I currently have Parkinson’s disease, and I am pre-diabetic. Despite all that, I am doing fine. No matter what happens, you can survive this!
So awesome, great finds. Thanks for sharing.
wow Michael that is a great treasure trove of old bottles and old native American pottery
Thanks 😘😊 that is so awesome love finding old ones. We're always trying to find stuff.
Thanks for watching!
Nothing better than pulling bottles from the creek.

amazing finds nugget
Good luck find something good out there
Truly, Ahhhhhmazing Finds!! Wow!
Great hunt Nuggett..... God bless... see ya on the next
Great hunt, really enjoy this type of video. I was born on a farm in Ohio with a small creek running though it. Found a lot of things. Working the fields I would find arrow heads of all types. still have some, 50 years latter. Please take care and be safe.
Awsome! I love finding old bottles. Sweet! 👍
I really enjoyed your creek hunt. The history of the hobble skirt on a coke bottle was very interesting.
The knife blade rock looking thing looks more like a skinning blade to me, like a modern Ulu knife kinda. Just a hand held rock for precise skinning.
The long knife looking piece is a scraper for cleaning the hides of the animals. =O}
This is one of the best videos I’ve seen from anyone in a while. I love hunting for artifacts.
40ish years ago in Oklahoma my grandfather had some bulldozer work done by a creek bed. I found a "Dr. WB Caldwell's syrup pepsin" bottle no cracks or chips. It's about 7.5 inches high. Also says "Monticello, Illinois " on the side. Great and special find for me.
Some lovely bottle finds well done
Nice bottles and Native American Pottery the iron and Quartz say gold be thar Nugget!!!; )
Very cool place. Can't wait till you go back.
Thanks for sharing Michael
Had a great time watching the creek hunt. More of these types of vids (and sifting old sites) would be awesome!
Sweet finds!
Yep definitely need to go back there to do some panning for sure 👍🏼
Stellar finds Nug! Great video! Thanks. God bless.
If they are close together they might fit together as a puzzle 😉
Nice finds
This is one video that I wish were an hr. long. I had to watch it 2 times :) - thanks for making a lil ole lady happy
Always great to see when your videos come up, you always have enthusiasm for whatever you find and for people from other countries, seeing you find the Native American tools, pottery and weapons is cool to see. I am from England and yes we have our own interesting history, which is cool in itself, but I would love to have found some of the Native history from America, Australia, New Zealand etc.
Thank you for the work you put into making your videos so we can enjoy these moments with you.
So interesting
Coke bottle 105 years old my dad was born in 1915 passed in 1988.
Rest In Peace
I really liked the video. Simple hunts are always the best.
I've always enjoyed your river videos! It's been awhile since I've watched, but nothing has changed I still find your videos relaxing! The nature sounds, the creek water, your boots crunching, and digging sounds!
I wanna detect metal when I’m big ! ! !
Great finds, Michael! Keep up the good work and stay safe! ❤
Awesome find. Please go back and shift through the creek. Wish I could go with u! I can set and dig all day long.💝
Amwrican Indian pottery. Love it!
Those old bottles are soo cool👍. Wish they were as easy to find here in Australia🎉
You realise that this is simply because your colony was a colony for felons and as such the nicer products were extremely rare in Australia when compared to other British colonies.
Obviously the markets for high end goods were smaller than they would have been elsewhere within the British empire.
Even India would be more likely to have high end older goods.
@@paulrichardspencer Yes i do realise...
I love your videos! You;should come to our farm and look for stuff! One area dates back to the 1830’s - 1850’s
You found some great stuff. Well done!
I believe that sharp edges knife looking rock to be what Native Americans used to scrape animal hides with before drying them out to use or trade . enjoyed this episode very much and pray you stay safe and God bless you.
Thank you
That piece of blade looks like what would be used for kinning or cleaning hides.. usually held in the hands.. without a handle...
what a neat place you have explored ! native pottery is great, with the worked stone pieces too. an auspicious place. great exploring there
Need to check them banks good because I'm certain of points and hard stone artifacts being in the area. The flakes and pottery, prove it! Thanks for the showing !👍
You should keep digging; you might find many more pieces of pottery and be able to put most of that big bowl back together! I love the Coke bottle finds! Would love to see another video when you go back to this area, as I imagine there’s a lot more great artifacts to find!
This is the nugget I always seen, love your vids and I love collecting old stuff
very interesting
Love the Video!! Been watching your Videos since 2015
GOOD JOB MAN!!!!
Always love your videos. Thank you.
Awesome 😎
Superb finds mate get back To that creek with gold pan a few nuggets guaranteed
Knife blade could be half of a buffalo spear point broke in half when knapping the white stone could have been hiding a split in the flint
Good few hours out there... Has to be arrowheads.. Good luck if you go back! ATB Kevin
Love these creek walking vids
You definitely need to hit that area again...great finds
Respect ! 🇷🇴
Love the N ative American piece's! Great hunt!
When i was digging around my yard i found two full buried plates under a tree
Great finds thanks for sharing. Take care and stay safe x
I usually find pottery in caves and underneath rock overhangs!
Hello Michael another good video. Some cool finds.
That native American "knife" is a skin scraper for tanning leather goods.
We have similar tools here in Europe, made slightly differently but otherwise in form exactly the same.
Loved the tagged along, awesome finds Nug 👍🏼
Thanks 👍

You bring the sweetness of life to RUclips
Thank you!
On the bottom of the coke bottles it tells the bottle planet it came from as well. I actually live in Caldwell County, NC. Be safe and stay hydrated.
Congratulations

Fab vlog...i go mudlarking on the Thames, glad you tried it!love searching by eye.
I did enjoy, thanks
4:13, see your grandparents were litter-ers back in their youthful days by the river.
We ride ATVs at a creek behind our house. Was getting some rocks for the rock walkway I was making and found 10 marbles under a rock. They're old but don't know how old. Found them at a part of the creek where people wouldn't go to, fish or swim.
Nice find sir... Stay safe
