Thanks for taking us along on this lovely, sunny, Spring cruise and with great industrial info' about the Tata chemical plant which was very interesting. I hope that you three are doing well. Take care and all the best. Stevie
Another great vlog! Good to hear you are planning to meet up Tony and Jan (The Boat) in Liverpool. It’s always good when there’s lockies on duty and manning the gates. I wonder if you place your finger in the leak on the lock wall, if it will sprout another leak some place else. 😊 Thanks again for sharing your adventures with us…
Great video as always. I have your live stream on 24/7 except when you're in a marina with screen censored, and enjoy following your progress on the CRT & Google maps. As I live just outside Northampton I'm planning on visiting the Crick show but not sure which day. If I see you I'll definitely say Hi.
We loved the Middlewich branch and it was so great to get to go back. Some beautiful moorings there. No mention of getting the best fish and chips in the area...have fun in Liverpool. We will be on the L&L soon - but will probably miss you - and we won't be going as far as Liverpool this time.
Steve. The equation on the bridge had Cl2 which is chlorine. The 2 should be in subscript which many media outlets, in their arrogance, do not use. What is solvent naptha? Jeff
Amnaphtha is commonly used as a solvent. It is used in hydrocarbon cracking, laundry soaps, and cleaning fluids. Naphtha is also used to make varnishes, and sometimes is used as a fuel for camp stoves and as a solvent (diluent) for paint.[5
Hi Steve & Chris.Greetings from fish Hoek, South Africa. Thanks for a great vlog. My questions is the radio in the cockpit under the electrics, is that a marine radio or a licence free one. i know you used to sail. thanks.
Hi Warren. Yes it is a marina radio. We need it on rivers like the River Thames and Severn. I qualified and got my license years ago when I used to coastal sail the Thames estuary in a 23ft yacht. AmyJo also has a ships license to keep the radio onboard.
Nice collection of video's and seeing CRT doing tow path work, amazing! Have fun in Liverpool.
Thanks, will do!
Nice cruise, as you said Steve everywhere looking lovely and fresh and green. Am looking forward to seeing Liverpool again.
Even though we’ve been there before we’re really looking forward to going into the docks again
Lovely stuff as always Steve and Chris - and so glad to hear that you’ll be meeting up with Tony and Jan. can’t wait to see what you 4 get up to!! 😂😂🥰
We Can't wait either!

Hi Merlin. Please do come and say hi. It would be nice to put a face to a name

@@LifeonboardAmyJo Hi Steve my question is due to me being a Radio Ham and noticing the radios that people are using...
Ah that makes sense. I too was a ham but let my license lapse long ago
Xx
