- A beautiful ballad from one of the greatest vocalists ever, as it has been said in the past what's done in the dark will come to the light with the exception that if you want to remain in the dark, that's a choice of the individual. Luther is gone but his music is still very much alive and relevant in 2019. I attended a Luther Vandross concert and I was amazed that an artist could sing ballads and turn a concert on its ear. I don't know if there is another r & b artist ever with his vocal ability.
It's astounding but many of my associates never heard a Luther V. track or heard of him, all I will say is that you are missing out.

Some years ago I saw Luther perform and I left impressed with what I witnessed , Luther opened the show with 3 ballads the crowd response was crazy, I thought how can a guy turn out a show with slow jams ,he totally killed it. Luther Vandross was one the purest singing voices I ever heard, after hear him perform I understood and went right out purchased more of his music. At the time I had some of his stuff on vinyl,tape and a couple of CDs. I can totally resonate with the message.
