It’s beautiful. Her voice is resonant and clear, yet flexible and athletic. She actually sings a trill, which sounds like a trill and even manages to look pleasant and engaged despite the difficulty of the music. I was a little disappointed that she didn’t take the high C at the end but I applaud her for knowing not to. The human voice, if however well trained, is a different instrument every day. Hope she continues singing for a good, long time.
In her defence, Mozart didn't write the high C -- it's a later addition because sopranos 😁 -- and as you say, if she wasn't feeling it that day, better that she didn't! The piece is gorgeous anyway.
I would argue she doesn't actually trill...it's effective, though.

Is it possible to find a better performer for Mozart's music than Yulia Lezhneva? In my opinion, her performance is simply flawless. This is both virtuoso vocals and a joyful, bright soul, like the author of this music himself.
Where have you been? Ever heard of Regula Mühlemann? Usually I don’t compare performers, as every one of them has their special way, but this song got butchered by this performer!

julia doesnt need high c singing to make compelling music......she works so hard on the interpretation which seems to come from the heart
Yes, you're right -- it does come from the heart, but let's not forget the purity of tone/pitch, the accuracy of notes, the warmth of her singing, the mastery of technique that she demonstrates. It's simply boggling that so much talent exists in such a tiny person.
Only thing is... I seriously think she needs to hire a gay man with great fashion sense. Honey, I haven't seen a vid on RUclips where she's been properly shown off to advantage. Here she needs to have her bust enhanced (think big puffy sleeves) and the small potbelly under her waist disguised/hidden by a full skirt. Oh, and green is definitely not her colour -- blue or lilac would have been good -- gold would have been amazing. (I shoulda been a fashion designer.)

Fantastic rendition. But if you want to hear her nail the optional high C as the penultimate note, you should look for the recordings she made previously. (e.g. Helsinki, red dress, 2020, or 2012, pink dress). In this recording she does not do it.
