I used to have my kids pick up their things before dinner and take to their rooms. After dinner was chill time and baths. I also used a laundry basket to take with me from room to room when cleaning. Anything not belonging in that room I was currently cleaning went in the basket until I reached that room. It saved me from constantly going back and forth or making a pile in the corner.
I love everything you share on your channel. You and Thomas are great parents. Y'all's house is my absolute favorite on RUclips.
I always did my best cleaning after the kids went to bed. No phone or other interruptions. I love waking up to a clean house. I taught my boys (5 of them) how to cook and clean. Three are now married and one has children and he is teaching them. I said I was raising my boys to be good husbands.
I live in Texas and it is so funny to me to see vents in the floor.
I loved this video, i prefer night time cleaning because waking up in a clean fresh house makes the day begin in a good clear mindset for me. I love it. Pls more video like this and perhaps a "what the family eats in a day", i seriously need more ideas lol. Love your videos, beautiful family and home.

It's not only to have a pleasant environment in which to live once all the tasks are done, it is much more. I am the same way if im cleaning I don't like to stop or be interrupted because its hard to start back up and I am also the exsact same way if I go into another room to bring something in there I start cleaning that room and end up with 2 rooms in progress lol Hope you all are well the house looks great.

Did you do a lot of renovations to your home or did you just improve the bones?? I’ve been watching your channel and have seen a lot of the downstairs, outside, and bedrooms you’ve worked on but must have missed the main living space…Beautiful home and very warm and inviting layout…I’ve raised 5 (4 boys, 1 girl) and I too would go in and help motivate and guide them on good cleaning skills and why we should keep up with it on a daily…Not find it all under the beds…lol Tfs 💕👍🇺🇸😎

I really enjoyed watching you clean but I’m just curious, does you husband help you also? I feel like if I had to clean up a mess as huge as the one you just cleaned and my husband wasn’t helping me I would feel extremely annoyed. I don’t mind tidying up small messes, but when it is an entire home, with messes in every room, that is an awful lot of work and if my husband was, I don’t know, chilling on the sofa watching tv (or elsewhere) while I did all of that work I would resent that no matter how much I like to clean!! I’m not saying your husband was chilling, I’m just curious if you have help? This is only my first time finding your channel so maybe he is very helpful in other videos!! Be well!
Haha yes he’s extremely helpful. When it comes to videos though I don’t have him help me clean on purpose! He has no interest in doing cleaning videos with me! 🤪
