The new refurbished business cabin looks so great! I went to São Paulo two years ago. It was my first long haul flight in business and it was still a 2-3-2 business class configuration. Thanks for the review!
I used to be a frequent flyer from LATAM for several years, however, since the company merged (LAN + TAM), the service became terrible on business class. Terrible food, limited portions of wine, Constant delays and fussy behavior of the attendants made this company IMPOSSIBLE 😡! Now I am very happy with Lufthansa and Airfrance!
I would probably agree. Though I haven’t used Latam long haul, my experience with Lufthansa to London then Swiss from London to São Paulo last November was so good (apart from a 4.5 h. layover in an empty Zurich airport) that I would not opt for Latam next time. I would use either Lufthansa or KLM which are both cheaper.
Nice to see you flying again,themprice of the ticket wasnt all that much so thats nice as well,where did you buy it? Were you flexible with the dates or was it just a random good price?
Dejan Jordan i bought it directly on Latam.com. It must have been like an error fare. They canceled the previous flights. So I was able to select the dates I wanted.
Hello I have a question - I’m taking the same flight, in regards to checked luggage. Even though you didn’t need to take this step what zone/ area was latams desk as on the maps online there is no desk. Thanks!
Once you enter Terminal two you’ll see LATAM’s counter on the left hand side. LATAM usually doesn’t use Terminal 2. That’s why you don’t find it on the map. It’s very easy to find.
The service was not the best. They did not really come around to do some additional service. I recently flew from GRU to FRA. Now the service has been improved. I hope to post this trip report here this Sunday. Stay tuned!
Viajando com o Dé I guess you mean if we encountered turbulence during the flight? Well above the Atlantic we had some turbulence which was a little bit annoying because everyone tried to sleep. But nothing too serious. I hope I answered your question correctly.

You’re right. Of I had the choice it choose Lufthansa or Air France over LATAM.

How was the service? Did they come around a lot to do drink refills? I've heard service on LATAM and Avianca to/fom S.A. can be bad.
