Amazing Adventure with an amazing partner, I hope the two of your are still together enjoying the world together as the two of you look very happy together. Wishing you many more miles on the bikes. Cheers Brian
BikeHikeSafari no, not the software, what kind of computer/tablet do you have and are you backing up on hard drives? Things start getting bulky once movie making enters the traveling world.
Ah. I'm using a Macbook Pro for editing and have 2x 4TB hard drives to store/edit all the footage (and these are fast filling up). I use one hard drive for the current edit (work in progress)and one for backup/completed file footage.
Nah, not scary. At least not so far. I tend not to overly worry about things. I would be mildly pissed off for a day if I lost several weeks worth of footage.
5:54 No, bro, that may be >nominally< a national highway in the sense that it spans Departments, but it is >not< a national highway in the sense that it is a main or principal highway. Don't be an ignorant, gringo. I know exactly where you were for I toured that area in the 1990s. You are far from the center of national life.
Man, how do you not have your own show on the travel channel??
Great vlog. Ive watched all your videos. Can't wait for the next one!!
Thank you, that's the nicest comment I've had ever. Glad you like them, I've a couple more coming up. Stay tuned.
I have a lot of fond memories of Guatemala. Wonderful country (apart from the steep climbs!)
Agreed. Part of me loves the hills and the scenery but the other part wishes for a flat road with a tailwind. But that will never happen...
Great video again guys, thank you and greetings from the Netherlands.

Wow! Looks like a lot of work! I bet it was a memorable trip!
nman2008 yes it was a lot of hard work, sometimes that is what makes it rewarding
Thoughts in bike touring Guatemala? I've heard it sucks with all the crazy traffic/trucks
Awesome. What machine are you editing on whilst travelling?
All the editing is on Final Cut Pro X. I'm slowing learning how to drive it. I'll get there one day. Cheers.

BikeHikeSafari thanks, I was curious, I bet carrying that stuff about on the bike is a little scary but the end product is worth the effort.
