Cody and Kellie, I really enjoy following you guys. I live in Pensacola, and appreciate you stopping by. Your videos are always so well done and have great content. Next time you're in Pensacola, you might want to try Coldwater River, which is part of the Blackwater estuaries. Also, there are some state park campgrounds that are in that area that may interest you. You can look at them online, try Bear Lake and Hurricane state parks campgrounds. Secondly, I am really glad that you finally got an electric pump for the SUPs.😃 Kept asking my wife, "why don't they get an electric pump?" Of course I'm much older than you, and a gadget guy anyway. Life saver for inflating...and deflating! Sorry about teh drone. I've crashed mine before, but it's worth all the video. Food as always looks so good. Keep the ideas coming. You wouldn't believe how many of the recipes we use! Try to come back the weekend after the 4th of July for the Blue Angel Air Show on the beach or in November for the Homecoming show on the NAS base (definitely cooler in November). Be safe!

We got horses, and rockets, seafood & cattle, salt water fresh water even a few tiny waterfalls caves & springs
But the PEOPLE are what totally different from town to town

I don't know about you guys but I think somebody was colorblind😂😂 when they named The River because it sure didn't look black to me😂😂 and I know it can get really humid especially when you're around water but you can always cool off thank you for cooking and making me hungry you two are awesome thank you so much for all your hard work and bringing this video to us Florida is beautiful much love❤ Beck yeah

Thought I saw you driving the other day. You're in my neck of the woods. Us locals usually stay on the river during the summer. Leave the crowded beaches and Destin to the tourists.

I went back and watched the two videos with that meal in it. Wrote the recipe and made it twice.
The roasted pablano peppers make ALL the difference.
Didnt like the canned adobe peppers, omitted them the second time and it was great.

Ummmm. Dude. When something gets that wet. DO NOT turn it back on for 3 or 4 days. Let it dry out first
Put the drone in a bag of uncooked rice and let it sit for a few days to draw the moisture out.
Acorns do the same thing. You have to soak them several times to remove the tannins
The wife and I were just in Pensacola after the Miami Grand Prix. We are back in Ohio now. I tried to get into Fort Pickens as well, but ended up at Big Lagoon SP. You mentioned the slow trip off the island..we wanted to come over and see Fort Pickens, but the beach traffic for Pensacola beach was horrendous! We gave up trying to get across the bridge to Pensacola Beach and turned back towards downtown. Big Lagoon was decent, but in need of much renovation. Check out the Naval Aviation museum while you are there. Awesome free museum. Sorry about your drone. I’ve commented before what a great pilot you are and your drone footage is always awesome. Time for an upgrade. Looking forward to you guys getting back to Arkansas. I foresee us exploring Arkansas in the near future. What’s your favorite state park? Keep the videos coming. My Dji Mavic Air has went swimming 3 times & still works , had to trash the battery butt drone still goo after cleaning.

There is a camp ground closer in milton if you want sure power but there are spot right on the river for off grid ppl i have tent camped there and tub floating! Very nice place

Take out the battery, put the drone up side down in a big bowl, and cover it with white rice. Let set for 2 days. Put a fresh battery back in it try again. I’m a drone guy myself. I have the DJI Mavic air 2, and the DJI Mavic Pro 2.

Oh my goodness, that river was scary to me ! Is beautiful though. Terrible about the drone! I never fly mine near water! Lol I play it safe always. Them drones are expensive!

Man you should have stayed at Blackwater River State park or Krul Lake 2 nice spots. I live right down the road in Crestview. We prefer Blackwater over going down south to the over crowded beaches in Destin and Ft . Walton Beach

Love paddle boarding small streams. Being from Arkansas, I'm surprised you two don't have some "Ozark River Walkers" inflatable paddle boards (local company). They'd be great for packing light on your travels. Such a relaxing way to float small slower streams.

I live 15 minutes from Blackwater and Coldwater we pretty much live out there during the summer. Someone mentioned the state park campgrounds up here. I would highly recommend Hurricane Lake if you decide to stay up this way next time. Bear Lake is nice but can get crowded. Hurricane tends to not get as full plus the lake itself is 3x as big and nice to paddle on. Great vid, keep up the good work!

No gators and the sensors did not work
If you are in a bind for a campsite, check out Blackwater River State Forest campgrounds... a little far from P'cola but quiet and inexpensive.. Bonus, it's basically in my backyard. Have fun!!

Have you ever camped at Blackwater River State park. Its on the river. Then there is camping in Blackwatrr River State Forest Another one I love is Big Lagoon Sate Park near Perdido Key.

Yall need to get a rechargeable sup pump its easier on your truck battery their notorious for blowing fuses or have a extra battery to attach to we have airbank whale shark pro awesome rechargeable sup pump

I've lived in this area all my life! Blackwater River Florida State Forest is the largest state forest in Florida. I've enjoyed the hiking trails, free primitive camping and canoeing in this area. There are three main creeks that run through this area, the one your on, Blackwater, Juniper in the middle and just a little to the west is Cold Water. All three are similar in size, looks, sand bars, water color and depth. Juniper creek is somewhat narrower/smaller and not as many sandbars but there is very little difference between Blackwater and Cold Water creeks. I've never checked out Joe's, I'll have to go scout it out soon!

We paddled this river years ago and the white sand banks were our favorite part! I also loved the serenity! I would love to get back down there again someday.
