I grew up at 1717 Citico Ave Apt A, one of the streets you went down and I can tell you that area was great and I still know people there and they will tell you the same. I admit it looks a little rundown but that is only from the fact that there is a lot of older people that live in that area and they let their homes fall into disrepair but the area itself is great.
