8:59 I'm pretty sure that little fold just before the tail joint is supposed to be the cloaca, it's just that it's a small slit covered in scales, like a Crocodile's cloaca.
Ha Ha - If you only knew how much time Jorge and I spend looking for and debating cloacas. On some models its comical. I should get us a magnifying glass. Thanks for watching!
Great video. I agree and believe the Haolonggood to be a great option for collectors who like the dinos in scale. I just wish that companies would try to create less static poses for dinosaurs, just not on Papo's level of dynamism 😅
great video as always...but I'd have liked to see the Schleich Penta in there as well....I"m not a huge fan of Schleich normally but their Pentaceratops is really pretty nice!
That is one of their better figures, but still probably not good enough to be champion. We did not include it as it has been retired and we no longer have any on the shelf to review. Thanks for watching
Technically the Pentaceratops does have 5 horns if you consider the hornlets facing the front of its frill. But either way, the cheek armor protrudes enough to where it might've held a horn-like appearance in life. So it's hard to tell.
It seems like so long ago - I don't remember the exact reason why. I thought it was related to the cheek horns being made of keratin but I will have to re-watch it to refresh my memory. I also would have called it 5 horns. Thanks for watching.
In an upcoming episode we talk about patterns of osteroderms and I believe Jorge said that it was unlikely that they would be perfectly linear (but would be more random). That would make the linear HG's unlikely. Thanks for watching.
The crocodile scutes are the reason I didn't get the haolongood, I hope Pnso will make a more accurate version some day (not inferring that the haolongood isn't accurate)
While there are a lot of reviews of individual dinos - we thought it would be a good idea to compare them head-to-head. Hopefully you are finding the comparisons useful.

Im glad the expert has the Papo Pentraceratops in his private collection as its still my favorite of the lot.
I surprised by how many models he has (or had in his collection) - his fiancee actually told him he cannot be paid in dinosaurs for these videos LOL.

Other Dino figure companies: WHY CANT YOU JUST BE NORMAL
PAPO about to put a dinosaur in the most incorrect position possible: *Screaming*
Ha Ha - that makes me laugh - Papo does produce some great models but then some head-scratching oddities. Thanks for watching.

Agreed. It's either crazy or standing. Not many in the middle but would be awesome if they did some realistic action poses. Thanks for watching.

Nice video guys 👏
Glad you enjoyed it - we are trying hard to deliver useful content. Thanks for watching.
I've seen a lot of videos where they say the osteoderms on the back of the haolonggood ones are inaccurate. Is this true ?

this is my first time seeing botm losing :((
Had to happen sometime and this one was mostly losing on scale. LOL. Everyone runs into a stellar model at some point. Thanks for watching.
were you guys inspired to star making videos by your dinosaurs are wrong?

Yes keep up the good work guys
