My favorite was the 66 mustang that’s right that mustang in the video is a 66 but when you tap on the one for sale it is a 68 when you go to the descriptions thank you for all you do. Hope you feel better.
#10 is a 1966 Mustang, not a ‘68. If the Mustang hadn’t been included in the video, I would have said the ‘68 Imperial would be my favorite. And unless the engine was replaced in the Mustang, it’s a 289, not a 302. Sounds like the person who put the add out on the Mustang either didn’t know what they were advertising or they weren’t being honest about the model year.
i was always amazed at how much the amc rebel looked like a mopar, from the front it resemble a 68 super bee and from the side the body lines were similar to the 68-69 road runner, i owned all three at one time of another.
yeah but like the first chargers the barracuda fastbacks just didn't look right but the coupe looked awesome but then again i like ramblers and gremlins so my taste is kinda weird ...lol@@wendyvic4046
that's why i sold my rebel, every time i looked at it it reminded me what an idiot i was for getting rid of my mopars, i had an immaculate all original double black on red 63 sport fury convertible factory BB 4sp posi car that i traded for a motorcycle back then because old cars were just old cars back in those days, needless to say with all the bitchen cars i sold for pittances back then, i don't watch mecum and the other auctions, i did once and will never do that again, i saw an identical b5 blue super bee like the one i sold for 800 go on mecum for $120k, yah i din't watch auctions anymore....lol @@Americanrodshop
My favorite is the gold Imperial hardtop. Long ago, I bought a '69 Imperial Le Baron from the original owner, who replaced the Holley with a Carter AVS. He said that the Holley leaked, and too often needed adjustment. While not original to that car, the Carter was the better carb. I can see the buyer of the '68 replacing the Holley with a Carter AVS (or the Edelbrock equivalent), but keep the Holley for shows, and include it whenever he decides to sell. I think Timmy is right about the '71 T-Bird being the last U.S. built car (not truck) with suicide doors. Purists were appalled when Ford introduced the 4-door T-Bird for 1967, and after the end of that body style in 1971, Ford only produced 2-door T-Birds.

The 68 AMC rebel, This car can be awesome with a 426 hemi, Its so close to 68 road runner, I have always thought amc copied the dodge road runner. Don't forget a Pistol grip.
Back in 1980, My friend Steve that Lived in NY city, Had the same 68 Cadillac Deville conv 472, But He put a 4 speed posi, Put a console, That looked factory, It was a great running car Lots of fun, But he never beat on the car, He was getting 21 miles to a gallon highway, Now That is Amazing. Miss the Old days.
@@charlievogler8520 I must've looked away for that! Those are nice. We had a 68 back in 68, went on a vacation back when it was common to drive , we had a family of 5 and was as comfortable as can be and those trunks are as big as they look, it was the first time my dad went with a Cadillac, prior to that he'd been getting Ford Galaxy's, got what a turd those were. My Dad had got to that age where he didn't but factory hot rods anymore and the last Ford had a 352, omg slower than a floating turd!
The Saab , great little car . Had one rebuilt the engine ( V-4 ) , which surprised me as it was made by Ford really cool engine . I was up in the Oakland Ca. Hills between the motorcycle playground and the shooting range ( yes they were several miles apart ) and I out ran a cop , he really wanted to give me ticket but couldn’t , ah shucks
#1 question, I believe was a caddy around 1948😊,#2 I think it was a dosenburg😊,with a V12 engine, #3 was a 69 Thunderbird 😊thanks Sloan, hope you get feeling better soon!!
Sorry to say the Mustang you presented is not the Mustang in the provided link which is a 68. What you presented was a 66. Something got crossed up somewhere. And would add my favorite car presented was the 68 Chrysler, a real beauty.
@@Americanrodshop either way, not a bad price on an old 'Stang. Hope you get to feeling better, and can enjoy some good Thanksgiving food, if you celebrate it.
Personally my favorite vehicle on this video, was the right drive panel truck ... if it wasn't so far away ... I got the cash, but driving it across country would be a pain. Though the mustang was pretty nice too.
Thanks for the video. I think the Rebel was my favorite(although I really don’t care for convertibles). I like the all cars from one year video! Please do one of 1969 or 1970. After all, those are the best years for muscle cars right?✌️
Thanks again for this wonderful program! God bless you all always!
My favorite in the video here is that Hillman wagon. I'd love to own that one!!!
The Barracuda. "22" Twenty-Two 22. Thanks Solon
That's not a 68 stang. That's a 66 stang. It's a nice 66. Good wheel choice and a good stance.

I love the old rebel SST two doors. And yes they do resemble Mopar.
Toss up between the AMC & the Mustang. Leaning more towards the AMC.

I’m a Mustang fan, but I’d love to have that Cadillac. I don’t think there’s enough room in my driveway to even turn it around though.
Favorite car was the last one, the big 4 door 440 Chrysler!
Good choice Paul!
A buddy of mine had a Saab that had a Two Stroke engine and 4 speed on the column.
