I went with the "buy 3 extra solo packs version" and laminated them all to do up to 4 player with any of the sheets. I also put 2 sheets together back to back for each lamination to save space/laminating sheets. Only drawback there is you also wind up with 3 more of the main scoring pads you don't need.
Love this game. The Solo play is fantastic with the Multiplayer being good but not as great. I’ve scanned the Adventure Mode sheets to PDFs in the event that I want to play them again or print them to try with multiple players.
An interesting variant for multiplayer would be to play with one (or number of players minus one) adventure sheet the same for all players. If a building would be built only the player who has done that would get benefits. Then you would need to use colored pencils (or cubes) to highlight which building belongs to who.
loL Just saw the klingon update while watching your final thoughts. Don't have any roll and write games. This might be one that I pick up at some point.
some sheets are more "powerful" than others, so you could have an unbalanced game. but the devs have come up with a solution for this, which i mention at 8:30 :)

There is variant for two player using solo mode sheets on the Portalgames website prepared by Ignacy
yup, if you jump to 8:30 i inserted a bit mentioning this :)
Using the resources from Imperial Settlers is the way to go for this. Makes things MUCH easier.

that is a cool idea!
Roll and write with engine building. You really should try Fleet the dice game

What would stop you to play with the solo player sheets? Why couldn't you play MP with those sheets?

@@rahdo So you need to multiply solo-sheet, I guess?
It’s a good solo roll and write game.
After a round you lose all materials you didn’t use during that round!!
did he say otherwise? if so when?
Paulo Renato He was constantly talking about keeping track of the materials and of his extremely high scores.
