Your video was so instructional. I have been trying to search for a RUclips video that educates the stuff in this vid. 🥼 🩺 The part at 1:26 is my favorite. Your lesson actually is similar to the content from this educational Doctor Ethan. Dr's tips are for sure educational and I actually learned a lot for wellness!
