    can you link this annual mesocycle/microcyle routine to the athelet's personal sheet so that all you have to do is click on week 1, week 2, week 3, etc, and that way the entire work out is set?

    What does L+ and Base refer to?

      Hey Heather,
      Thanks so much for checking out the channel, the L+ refers to a load + week in my periodization terminology that I adapted from Joe Kenn. It bascially means a week where we are loading heavy but not evaluating anything like we would in a performance week. Hope that helps.

      @@heatherkrawsek2160 I should probably do a video about the periodization scheme that I use but essentially I do Base, Load, Load+, Perform, Deload as my week categories. It just helps me bucket my emphasis for each week so that I know exactly what I am doing.
