    My husband is working from home for a month.
    My son had covid-19 confirmed in kindergarten, so they are unintentionally living at home.
    The thing I was most worried about was the meal.
    So, I made a broth that is essential for such a long-term home cooking.
    I have included 4 healthy recipes using broth.

    00:53 Anchovy Broth
    03:14 Chicken tenderloin soup
    (400ml stock, 400g chicken tenderloin, 1 spoon of tuna liquid, 4 soy sauce, 2 allulose, 1 minced garlic, onion, carrot, green onion, broccoli, 60g pasta noodles, pepper, bay leaf)
    05:11 webfoot octopus Shabu Shabu
    (Broth, water parsley, korean cabbage, mushrooms (as many vegetables as you want), seasonal webfoot octopus)
    07:00 Spicy Mushroom Shabu Shabu chopped noodle
    (1L broth, 2 minced garlic, 2 tuna broth, 4 soy sauce, 1 soybean paste, 1 red pepper paste, pepper, dashi, water parsley, oyster mushroom, potato, shabu beef, chopped noodles (300g)
    09:11 Rice cake soup
    (100g beef, sesame oil, 500ml stock, soy sauce 1, tuna liquid 1, minced garlic 1, 2 eggs, minced green onion, pepper)

    일회용을재활용하든,
    다회용을한번쓰고버리든
    참 굳이 남의 고운영상에 안해도될지적하는심보란..
    찜닭에브로콜라.파스타면넣는건 생각못해봤는데
    해봐야겠어요!
