You can tie the 260 balloon, then cut off the knot and put it into a 36-inch balloon. After the 36-inch balloon is inflated, tie it with a 260 balloon. Move that knot to the bottom of the 36" balloon, then pinch the knot with your hand and tie the knot with a 260 balloon.
