Today we did a Hot air balloon First Birthday party. We used a double arch frame with additional small frame with pink, white and nude pillowcases.
Balloons I used:
Betallatex: Pastel pink (5", 11")
Rosewood (5'', 11'', 24'' balloons)
Qualatex: Blush inside white (5'', 11'', 16'', 24'' balloons)
Burgundy inside blush (5'', 11'', 16''' balloons)
Pink inside white (16'' balloons)

I do not use any chart for balloon combination, but sometimes I inflate different colors of balloons and check what color combination I prefer.
For eg if the customer says she wants pink do you decide what colour to contrast it with and go with the flow or do you give them the option of colours they want to add

I love the colors in this display I wished I had seen before buying the colors for my niece baby shower. Love the rosewood, question how far in advance could you inflate the balloons for the hot air balloon if your event is on a Saturday?

Once again I love it love it love it I just wonder so far how come you don’t put any stuffing in anything like I see some of the other ones do like teddy bears inside of the balloons I watch these from the start to the end and I haven’t seen you guys put any teddy bears inside of the balloons and I think that would be awesome but I love how you do these and I am so injury and you guys are so cute and I love how you talk I love your accent but you do such a good job and you’re so sweet to me anyway you’re awesome I love you guys!

I use big 30'' balloons for base and after 7''-9'' balloons for first layer and 4''-5'' balloons for second. You can use double stuffed balloons as well.
Where do you get the fabric that stretches over the frame? did you linked below where to get the frames also the decals that you rubbed onto the fabric is pretty cool how did you get that done?
Fabric is not stretches, it's a pillowcase specially made for this frame, that's why it fits perfectly and not transparent.

I used 9-11 inch balloons for the first layer (inflate balloons 7-9 inch big). Didn't count how many but probably around 200
second layer 5 inch balloons, probably around 100 balloons

Where can I get the foil write up ‘Nicole turns one’? Is it removable? Can we re use you arch after we use that write up for another event?
We buy foil vinyl stickers and cut them with our cutting machine. It is easily removable of course so the fabric is never damaged.

Hi, we use vinyl sticker (you can find in Walmart or michael’s) and we cut it with a Silhouette cutting machine (equivalent to Cricut) 😁

Yes, we cut vinyl sticker and stick it to the backdrop.

You can count balloons on the photo and simply double that number to get an approximate number 😉

Hello. We use vinyl sticker and good quality fabric cover, so we have no problem to stick or remove stickers. But it doesn't work with spandex covers.

honestly I never counted them, but probably between 70-100 balloons of each size.
At what degrees is the glue used?
Cristina, I don't know exact temperature, but I use low temperature glue gun, it's different from regular glue gun. There is some two in one glue guns but I heard better to have it separate.
When you do a teddy bear centerpiece, does the client get to keep them? How much do you charge per centerpiece?
Most of the time yes, if client wants to do cheaper we can do bear rental.
