    Don't know why some landowners think it is their right to build a dam, and deprive all others downstream of the natural water flow.

    Then take away the dam from lake Travis…….its impeding the natural flow of the Colorado. The reason it’s flowing now is because there is water now. We finally have rain.

    Texas laws allows land owners to dig big ass lagoons without a permit up to 200 acre ft deep , (In perspective 10 acre lagoon 35 ft deep )off the rivers and Texas law allow land owners to pump millions of gallons of water out of that river with a simple permit . If you don’t like it get back in your car and go back to California. Texas has no water rights laws , FIRST COME FIRST SERVE ! And run off and ephemeral streams are fair game for the taking by land owners
