You have no idea what you're talking about. In America you have the franchise model where owners are granted a defacto monopoly over their region or territory. That's why no risk from relegation or promotion because its a closed system. It's a completely different from the club model which has predominanted football since time immemorial and it's part of the reason why mls by using the American franchise model will only ever be lucky enough to get players like Messi at the end of their careers. So no thanks, we don't want your salary cap or your half time shows or your all star games.
