I was there front row on his side of the stage and it's the only KISS show I ever saw . . .Thank You Ace , I remember in 1975 jumping around with a tennis raquet in my friends room with the Hotter than heLL record bLasting pretending I was pLaying his soLos ! ! !

I’ve been on phone calls before where everything I say, there’s an echo of my voice & just like Ace says, it’s only heard on my phone and the person I’m talking to hears none of it. It’s so annoying and very hard to concentrate on your conversation. I have one friend that I occasionally talk to that this always happens with. Every time. Even when I’ve upgraded my phone, it still happens.
Ace you're almost correct..Paul isn't singing any of Love gun. It sounds identical every night and it also sounds identical to Kiss Rocks Vegas from almost 10 yrs ago. He's just up there saying a few things into the microphone while acting like he's singing. But it DID sound like he was singing lick it up on the last shows
He was in Milwaukee last year and his roadies gave me their tickets. Unfortunately they said Ace is still trying but is not sober. They said they still wheel him around in a wheel chair when he gets wasted. Good show but he forgot some lyrics.
10,000 volts is great, but I'd still put the Frehley's Comet debut and Trouble Walkin ahead of it. Nobody ever asks Ace about what kind of modern computing he does! He was big into tech back in the 80s with his Zenith laptop, i'd be interested to know what kind of tech he plays with today.
....and we see yet another example of why he's not with KISS. When Love Gun came out I wondered, as a 14 yr old, why Ace didn't go take lessons from someone like Steve Lukather. By that time it was pretty obvious to me that He and Pete weren't even trying anymore. Glad he can still generate an income, I've been a fan since '75.
True. Ace didn’t make the effort to unlock his full potential as a guitar player so his skills didn’t evolve from what he did in the 70’s, in fact it got worse. Lucky for him he is good at writing songs.
