If you don't know what to do in Tbilisi, I recommend visiting the Botanical Garden. In Spring and Autumn it's the best season to visit. Only in Spring you'll get the lilac collection in full bloom. The highlights you don't want to miss are are The Waterfall and the Lilac Collection (it's beautiful any time of the year anyways because you can see the city from there)
