I see Kamara running into the line with High Pads. He doesn’t get low anymore. That’s where you get an extra two yards per play
To me, Jacob saying that the "offense didn't do AK any favors" is missing the mark. Let's be real about AK, over the past few years AK priorities haven't been team friendly. Last season AK did not attend Minicamp despite having a new QB in DC and knowing he was going to be suspended the first 3 games of the season. Like why wouldn't he want all the practice he can get with his new QB especially knowing he's not going to play until week 4. Now the Saints bring in a better OC in Kubiak which features the RB heavily and AK decides to leaves minicamp early. To me there is no contract dispute, AK needs to be a leader, be present, and ball out...he will get his money if he does, if not with the Saints then with someone else

Well said. Imo he's the best RB we ever had, yet he hasn't wanted to be here for 2/3 seasons, and I don't blame him. I think this is his way of saying "I prefer to be traded, but if not, pay me over my value."

The Saints should consider picking up Darren Waller. A definite upgrade from who the Saints have right now.

I think the Saints have a lot more problems than just depth at TE. They have a sheety head coach, a sheety QB, no offensive line, an aging old worn out defense and on and on.
the real problem is the incompetent general manager the Saints have in Mickey Loomis . . . . . . . . . . . . . Mrs. Benson, you need to remove this man as quickly as possible . . . . if you can't bear to fire him, then reassign him to a job in either food concessions or in stadium parking . . . . but you cannot let Mr. Loomis be in charge of running your team any longer . . . . . . . . . . .
Christian McCaffrey is an example of a player that went to a better play caller and revived his career. Alvin is thinking that will be the way he responds, especially since the new coordinator is calling the same system that McCaffrey is playing for.
AK41 needs to stick around for this season...his numbers should be better with The Master Chef's offense...and then if he wants to beat it out of town let him do it on his terms...and Holker will be THE MAN at TE...sleep on him & he'll burn you...
