The kitchen features a stainless-steel farmhouse sink with a pull-down faucet, an 18 cubic foot Whirlpool refrigerator, a 30” Whirlpool gas range, and a convection microwave. There is room for a stackable washer and dryer, a downstairs bedroom with two closets, a bathroom with a 48” shower and a flush toilet, and a roomy two-part loft which adds 240 square feet of additional space. I would like to see an eating area that can be tucked away somehow. Keep the lofts. Very nicely done. Any slides ever placed into these. I would love a slide in the living area. Since it’s considered an rv, why not?? Love the front deck.

I'm curious. Are these tiny homes legal to have in Florida?. I'm currently living in New York and having a tiny home is perfect for me since I'm just by myself.

I’d probably get an island I can move. I also love the three piece bistro set - it’s just me. The lofts have plenty room for storage(out of season clothes)and when my niece visits.

could the electrical cabinet be lower? does it have to be right in the middle of the wall?
Could be lower but your bed will be down there so it would be tough to open.
Sometimes, these tiny homes can cost more than a mobile home. The latter providing way more space and bang for one's buck than the former.
They should it’s a real house it’s just smaller. Mobile home are much more cheap junk then these.
Mobile homes have gotten crazy in price. The one I loved was $130k a couple years ago but now it is $240k

They will not give you the price on this home because it is a customer's custom designed home. They don't put prices on their videos because the home's options and because of the difference in the cost of shipping to each state. They ask that you call to get a quote.
