Absolutely stunning musicianship. How after 50 + years of playing (Guitar/Mandolin) and listening to Irish music have I not seen or heard of this guy before? RIP Sir, you have made my day.

Finbar Dwyer was an inspiration to the traditional Irish music around the world, Finbar was the idol I wanted to grow up to be but nothing compares to the original, forever a legend Finbar and thank you for all you’ve done for traditional Irish music over the years. For those that don’t know the tune it’s called (The Derry Hornpipe)

Fairplay Finbar, Mighty Playing! Thanks for all the great music that you gave us through the years, Those of us that were lucky enough to meet you and hear you live over the past few years were definitely privileged and those people that didn't appreciate the great contribution you gave to Music and the Irish Tradition just don't deserve to have even heard you.! I'd love to see if "these people" that are casting very personal stones have made any contribution this significant or any at all!
