You right-click on the game's executable icon, go to properties, in the open tab, go to Compatibility and you will have to select one of the options that I don't remember at the moment, but test that it is exactly in these options that I managed to do the game works. First test option: Run at 640 x 480 screen resolution; Second option: Disable entire screen optimizations. Try it will work.

slr, yes you can. If you already deleted your data like the video just start your game up and untick the checkbox of steam cloud and you can always open the game without deleting your data again.
@@DLTTMB i think it's on the menu when creating a new trucker and it says "enable steam client"(again, not sure cause I'm not playing it anymore) but if you did make a new, just don't enable or tick that or it will always need a steam as if it's not going to work cause it's cracked. and finally you should turn off your antivirus idk but this works for me too
