Easy Delicious Banana Cake
Lightly oiled or sprayed 9 x 13 baking pan 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 large eggs at room temperature
5 tablespoons melted butter
3 medium mashed bananas really ripe
1 cup milk
Bake at 350 F
Icing
1/2 cup melted sweet cream butter
1/2 packed cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons milk
2 to 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

OMG, just yesterday I made this same receipe on my own except I used olive oil instead of butter and some vanilla extract. I made large cupcakes. I had to add a little more flour cause the batter was a little loose but it worked out great.

This looks great! I am an up late night baker. Lately, using that white lily box lemon pound cake, but putting them in the muffin tins vs the bread pan. Cooks in 30 min at 350 to perfection vs the hour and ten minutes with the bread pan. I found a great banana bread recipe my mom had. Bananas are THEE BEST imo. I understand feeling alone, dad died in July, mom's been gone since 2013. Anytime I cook, it reminds me of them. Helps to believe we will see our family again! I know that my mom was suffering when she couldn't see the grandkids-please hang in there. You're doing right thing, taking your mind off of it & sharing the gift of who you are with us! Totally appreciated! Have great Sunday! Go chiefs? ha ha I dont watch football anymore, at least since the dude took a knee....you know.
