Then you, my friend, are superhuman. Studied brain science at university, and for a signal to go from eye to brain to hand, takes around 200-250 milliseconds for the average person. Some factors that determine reaction time are fatigue, arm span to height ratio, hydration, fitness, and genetics. Even F1 racers have a reaction time of about 90-150 milliseconds, and while there is no proof that it's legit, Sly claims to have a reaction time of 102 milliseconds, which is faster than the blink of an eye and undoubtedly an outlier statistic for average reaction time.
@@elvpse Before answering how do you feel when testing reaction time? When reacting to a simple stimuli an electro-chemical signal is created, which flows through the central nervous system and then through the length of our motor neurons (this will cause the muscle contraction that leads to you clicking/tapping your screen.) As this is simple reaction time, you will undoubtedly be able to perceive the stimuli much faster, and react as such. So I ask, when reacting to simple stimuli, do you feel like you perceive it really quickly then have some lag between clicking, or do you click as soon as you perceive it? If the former I suggest improving your reaction time (sleep better, stay hydrated, sit with better posture and have arm closer to you, and exercise (even if light,) right before you play.) If the latter then you will need to adapt your playstyle as top level blade ball players just about all have far beyond the norm reaction times and high-end gaming PCs. Some things I would suggest are to react with your body more when opponents are on your sides, switch your ability to be defensive, and prepare your dots before the ball gets to you (do NOT prepare curves unless ball is very fast.) With a below average reaction time and enough training I know even champion is possible (hell I have a friend with slower reaction time than you with over 9k elo,) but you will fall off around diamond, as at high level when everyone has mastered mechanical skill all that's left to improve is movement, ability usage, and reaction time.
