I am in the NJROTC program for moss point school district in Mississippi. My fellow cadets and I are being instructed by Master Chief Douglas Brown. I still struggle with my column right, because I'm always getting switched from 1st squad to 3rd squad. I'm always squad leader and I mess up every time, and when I mess up everyone else does too. But this video had really helped me a lot and I wanted to day thank you.
Lol I got yelled at cuz I’m the only kid that look normal walking like a human being not a robot they told me to swing my arm I just didn’t they told me to get in step I did it sloppy and I suck at doing column movement everyone in rotc hate on me cuz I’m messing everyone up they told me to go to the back They also told me to look up vid of column movement
....It kinda just looks like a mess when they actually do the turn.....I failed only 4 questions on my promotion PTA sheet so they gave me these videos to look at so I can do a re-do for 100/100 to pass, but now I'm just even more confused....
gavin lopez Column left is just like column right but this time you'll be going to the left like a left pinwheel. Also this time the element farthest to the left will now be the 1st element, the one to the right of them will be the second and so on. So basically column left will be doing the exact same thing that the first element does in column right but they're just going to the left and what. It. Lol I hope you understand what I'm saying.

When I did columns in my basic, it felt pretty easy. But now seeing a bird's eye view of it, it looks confusing. Especially with the guidon bearer.
Yeah, it’s basically just 2 half rights but it looks really confusing in this video
